Remote Learning
Hague and Stewart Headlam Staff will offer Remote Learning for pupils in the following circumstances:
● If whole classes or the school are advised to close for a period by Public Health England or the Department for Education.
● If individual children are asked to self isolate due to a covid related reason, but they are still well enough to do school work.
Our aim is to minimise the loss of learning through self isolation for each child so that they still experience as full a curriculum as possible and are able to easily slot back into learning in school.
When your child is self isolating, please inform the school whether your child is sick or well enough to learn. When your child is well enough to learn from home, staff will start to set remote learning.
Please read our remote learning expectations for parents leaflet:
Please look at the class timetable on your child's class webpage below and support your child in completing the work set.

Hague Values and Expectations
Children may be learning at home, but we still expect them to follow the Hague Golden Charter and show Hague Star Values everyday.
Trying your best, persevering, succeeding in school subjects and beyond, being the best that you can be, reaching your personal goals, finding your personal strengths and building on them.
Keeping safe, being able to be trusted, being able to carry out tasks thoughtfully and independently, looking after other people, your school, your property, other peoples’ property and the environment.
Working together for the good of all as a team, learning together, helping each other, including everybody, listening to others and offering your opinion.
Speaking and listening to others, acknowledging that everyone has the right to be heard; reading and writing, signing. Communicating through music and the arts, sharing ideas.
Using your imagination in all subjects and all areas of your life, bringing new ideas to life.
